Acupuncture

Experience the Benefits of Acupuncture. From pain relief to stress management, acupuncture is a gentle and effective therapy that promotes your body's natural ability to heal and find balance. Discover a path to greater well-being.

Cupping

Experience the Release with Cupping Therapy. Discover a time-honored technique that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissue. Patients often find cupping therapy beneficial for easing muscle tension, reducing pain, and promoting faster recovery from strenuous activity. Feel the difference as circulation improves and your body finds relief.

Gua Sha

Unlock Flow and Find Relief with Gua Sha. This Traditional Chinese Medicine technique involves gently scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to promote the smooth flow of Qi (energy) and blood. By releasing stagnation, Gua Sha can help alleviate muscle tension, reduce pain, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing processes, leading to a greater sense of well-being.

Massage Therapy

Experience the Therapeutic Touch of Tui Na. This ancient Chinese massage therapy uses pushing, grasping, and other techniques to stimulate your body's natural healing abilities. Benefits may include pain reduction, decreased muscle tension, and improved energy flow
